"Little Joe" was born on Nov. 13th, 2000 and weighed 1.5 lbs when he passed away on 1-19-04 after being accidently dropped on his head by a customer who was holding him. Joey was 4 inches tall to the top of his back and was 7 inches long from his nose to his tail. His legs were 2 inches long. Joe could stand on 4 dimes and not touch the ground. We considered Little Joe to be the smallest dog in the world when he was alive. Joey will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

It is with great sorrow that I say our "Little Joe" passed away on 1-19-04 due to a accident.
RIP my "Little Joe",  You were a true friend.
Joe @ 3 months old.
Joe @ 6 months old.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge and waits. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together while they wait. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor,
Even my Little Joe, who could not run very far or fast, who's bark was only a quiet little squeak, who's highlight of his day was to greet a Yorkie customer with a smile in his eyes and a extended paw to hold.

Little Joe loved the refrigerator, loved to hear me open a baby food jar, & loved to see me taking pictures in the hopes he could be in a few.

I will remember Little Joe in my dreams of days and times gone by. I will see him again someday and my broken heart will heal. Its very hard not being able to hold you any longer Little Joe,  I really miss you.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....
