Pups have a Bordetella nasal treatment at 8 weeks and 12 weeks for kennel cough. Pups gets a NeoPar Parvovirus shot at 4 weeks of age.

Pups need to see your Vet for a wellness checkup within 48 hours
from the date ownership. (Business days) Email me with the results for your file. This is mandatory to start your 1 year congenital defect guarantee! We will issue a new pup of equal value if yours is found to have a congenital defect in the first year of ownership. We don’t offer cash refunds once a pup leaves here, but we will issue a new pup of equal value if yours is found to have a deadly congenital defect in the first year of ownership. We do not guarantee against, Kennel cough, testicals not descending, Low Blood Sugar (Hypoglycemia), Pneumonia after the pup is cleared by our vet here., Ear Mites, non-standing ears, worms, Coccidia, Giardia, hernias, fleas or ticks. All these issues are treated by us on a regular basis or corrected by surgery here if found. A congenital defect is a problem that will not allow the pup to have a normal life expectancy. Luxating Patella, skin problems, going blind, being deaf, having a hernia, over & under bites or having a limp is not considered life threatening. A major body organ that sustains life going bad, heart, lungs, liver, etc, are considered a congenital defect and is covered in the first year.
Any estimated grown weight listed with a pup under 6 months old is only our best guess and not a guarantee number. Health problems that can be cured or treated by medication or surgery are not covered, hernia's etc. This guarantee is non-transferable. All puppies are sold as pets; no guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, size or breeding ability. Buyers using a credit card to buy their pup agree to never start a credit card chargeback to Yorkiepup.com. Out of state pup buyers understand that us printing their names on this contract below is the same as them signing it. Any pup found to have a defect must be returned to Yorkiepup.com before a new pup is issued.
Any Vet bills or legal bills that we may encountered once the pup leaves here are the responsibility of the new owner.
Out of area pup buyers must pay $350 shipping-handling costs if a exchange or replacement pup is needed.

I do not guarantee that your yorkie pups ears will remain standing when you get them home, some ears need to be tape trained for several weeks to get them to stand on their own, and some never stand. Either way, ears not standing is not a congenital defect
I also don't guarantee against Hypoglycemia, that is up to the new owner to prevent. Ear mites & worms are treated by me, but I also can't guarantee your new pup to be 100% free of these problems.
Kennel Cough, Cocidia, & Giardia is a common puppy problem that happens sometimes, it is not a covered problem due to it being treatable. A congenital defect is a problem that will not allow the pup to grow or age to a normal life expectancy, going blind, being deaf, a hernia or having a limp is not considered life threatening. A major body organ that sustains life going bad is concidered a congenital defect and is covered in the first year.
To get a close estimate of the future adult weight of a pup, times the 8 to 9 week weight by 3, or times the weight of a 12 to 13 week old pup by 2 to get a ballpark estimate.
